4. Please allow 3-5 business days to process, pack, and ship all orders with no exceptions.
5. Parcels shipped outside of the United States are shipped by the United States Postal Service and sent airmail first class only with no guarantee of any type of insurance.
6. Insurance fees on all parcels are paid for by the buyer, and the buyer must wait a full 30 days from the mailing date to file a claim required by the United States Postal Service in order to get a full refund. No refunds will be made until the Postal Service tracks and investigates the lost parcel.
