You are bidding on an old uncirculated 1961 Three Ruble note from the former Soviet Union. On the front of this note lay a picture of the Kremlin in Moscow, the Soviet capital. It was in this building that over ninety years of Soviet, and later Russian, policies were coordinated and still are to this day. It was these decisions that affected the lives of millions of people around the globe, and still are today. Also on the front of this note is the seal of the Soviet Union, a sickle and hammer placed in the front of the world. Soviet notes are rapidly becoming harder and harder to find sine the fall of the Soviet Union. This note, over half a century old and still in uncirculated condition, represents many years of history and belongs in anybody's collection.
