Original issue $1000 consolidation mortgage gold bond from the NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY. Measures 10" x 14.75" printed on heavy stock cotton paper with normal folds and punch holes for cancellation 3/26/1979. No tears, stains or rips and features a deep blue border. Vignette features detailed image of commuter train passing thru a tressel bridge along side a river. These are great collectible items and look stunning framed hanging the in office.
